HILL-TEX Building & Remodeling is owned and operated by Alan Blankenship and Kelvin Rueb. Alan and Kelvin have provided high quality construction work in the Kerrville area for over 15 years. Alan and Kelvin partnered to form HILL-TEX Building & Remodeling in 1992.
